• Ideal candidate will have 5-8yrs recruiting experience with an US Staffing company and
  worked in the capacity of Teal Lead and individual contributor.
• Must have experience of leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 recruiter.
• Will be responsible for monitoring team performance and work as team coach to help the
  team maintain quality submissions.
• Will be responsible for individual targets and achieving team targets as whole.
• Should have prior experience in participating and handling client calls.
• Will have to front end, take initiative and be able to handle escalations.
• Should be able to evaluate and validate team submission and ensure that the recruitment
  process is followed at all times.
• Must possess good understanding of applicable work visas and be able to validate them.
• Should have through understanding of various TAX terms like C2C, W2, 1099.
• Must have good spoken and written communication skills to be able to engage with the
  candidates on phone for resume validation.
• Should be able to maintain vendor relation and candidate relation for smooth onboarding of
  candidates and avoid non delivery.
• Has to be process driven should have experience working with an Application Tracking
  System like JobDiva.
• Needs to be confident and self-driven and have go getter attitude. Should have worked in
  target-based environment.
• Qualification – Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
