• Ideal candidate will have recruiting experience with an IT Staffing company catering to IT
clients.
• Must have good basic understanding of various technologies in IT.
• Should be able to understand and interpret IT requirements.
• Should be able to evaluate and match candidates as per the client requirement.
• Must be adept in sourcing resumes through head hunting, job boards, social media,
networking and references.
• Must have good spoken and written communication skills to be able to engage with the
candidates on phone.
• Has to be process driven should have experience working with an Application Tracking
System.
• Needs to be confident and self-driven and have go getter attitude. Should have worked in
target-based environment.
• Yrs. of Exp required – 2 to 6 years
• Qualification – Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
