  • 2-5 years of experience in sourcing candidates for internal team on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
  • Qualification – Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
