• Ideal candidate will have 2-6yrs experience working on fulltime and contract IT positions in
  Canada.
•  Must have good basic understanding of various technologies in IT.
• Should be able to understand and interpret IT requirements.
• Should be able to evaluate and match candidates as per the client requirement
• Must be adept in sourcing resumes through job boards, social media, networking and
  references.
• Must possess good understanding of applicable work authorisations like, work permit, PR
  and Citizens.
• Should have through understanding of various TAX terms like T4, IC (independent
  contractors).
•  Must have good spoken and written communication skills to be able to engage with the
  candidates on phone for resume validation.
• Should be able to maintain candidate relation for smooth onboarding of candidates and
  avoid non delivery.
• Has to be process driven should have experience working with an Application Tracking
  System like JobDiva.
• Needs to be confident and self-driven and have go getter attitude. Should have worked in
  target-based environment.
• Qualification – Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
