- Finance Professional with anywhere from 4 to 10 years of experience in a small/mid-size
IT Staffing services company, having offices in US/India/Canada
- Must have experience working on client invoices (AR), vendor payments (AP), US and
India Payroll (ADP, PayCheck, Paycom, etc), day-to-day accounting activities, monthly
bank reconciliation, etc.
- Should have been working in Accounting Software (QuickBooks preferred),
- Need to have strong knowledge of state wise US taxation rules and regulations.
- Should be able to Finalize Accounts, Update tax changes.
- Should be able to vet vendor agreements and understand payment terms.
- Hands on experience in following up for timesheets, submitting invoices, follow
up payments, managing vendor payments.
- Will be responsible for time sheet follow up with the vendors and consultants.
- Generate monthly financial reports for management on need basis.
