  • Finance Professional with anywhere from 4 to 10 years of experience in a small/mid-size
    IT Staffing services company, having offices in US/India/Canada
  • Must have experience working on client invoices (AR), vendor payments (AP), US and
    India Payroll (ADP, PayCheck, Paycom, etc), day-to-day accounting activities, monthly
    bank reconciliation, etc.
  • Should have been working in Accounting Software (QuickBooks preferred),
  • Need to have strong knowledge of state wise US taxation rules and regulations.
  • Should be able to Finalize Accounts, Update tax changes.
  • Should be able to vet vendor agreements and understand payment terms.
  • Hands on experience in following up for timesheets, submitting invoices, follow
    up payments, managing vendor payments.
  • Will be responsible for time sheet follow up with the vendors and consultants.
  • Generate monthly financial reports for management on need basis.
  • Excellent Communication Skills

    worked in the capacity of Teal Lead and individual contributor.
  • Must have experience of leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 recruiter.
  • Will be responsible for monitoring team performance and work as team coach to help the
    team maintain quality submissions.
  • Will be responsible for individual targets and achieving team targets as whole.
  • Should have prior experience in participating and handling client calls.
  • Will have to front end, take initiative and be able to handle escalations.
  • Should be able to evaluate and validate team submission and ensure that the recruitment
    process is followed at all times.
